very good story and lesson behind. It is indeed a problem which "troubles" most entrepreneurs. Only that you dont notice it with big businesses as they look as if they get the most out of it. But do they? I have experienced that the vision is missing with most entrepreneurs. Because it requires to shake of your fears and free youself from boundaries. Thinking outside of the box.

Thanks, Paul.

You'd think that the easiest thing for us humans would be to say what we want. Yet for most of us, it's really hard. We need some help.

I remember when my oldest son was a toddler and I marveled to my father-in-law at how he just soaked everything up. He noticed everything. He remembered everything. It was amazing.

My father-in-law said "Well, he doesn't yet have anything to worry about. So all his energy is focused on learning and absorbing what's going on around him."

That really hit me. It is a powerful observation and very true.

It's the same worries that keep us from getting clear on what we really want.

Even when I ask clients or people who take me up on the free "Attract AAA Customers" Strategy Session to tell me what they want, 90% of the time they start by extrapolating from what they have today rather than what they really want. They describe what they think is possible, rather than what they really WANT.

I point out what's happening, and it's an eye-opener every time.

Dov, a very powerful blog and a great offer.

I thought this was a very powerful statement

"Most small business owners are settling for what they have instead of creating what they want."

It should encourage everyone to stop and think.

It's so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day hustle and bustle that you lose sight of what it is you want.

When you lose that compass of where you want to go, you lose hope of getting there unless you strike it very lucky.

Readers if you've got this far, then take Dov up on his offer to help you to find clarity on the customers you really want to work with.
